Through this offer, you purchase a bank of hours in blocks of 5 hours and benefits include;

  • Remote support using our remote connection tools
  • Onsite support
  • Dedicated helpdesk phone number and email address
  • New PC installations or moves
  • Reduced hourly rate

The above cost does not include the monitoring of your IT system.
